Where do I check in?
Check in at Potter`s Chicago Burger Bar located on the Lobby Level of The Palmer House at 17 E. Monroe St.
All tickets are held at will call. Bring your confirmation on your smart phone, or print it out.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your show time. Late seating is at the discretion of the House Manager.
Is there reserved seating?
Seating at The Magic Parlour is general admission for fewer than 50 guests. The room is arranged in a cabaret style giving everyone a wonderfully close-up experience of the magic.
Seats may be assigned by our front-of-house staff.
How long is the show?
The Magic Parlour is a 90-minute experience. There is no intermission. Guests adding The Encore Room will have an additional 25-minute show immediately following the performance.
Is there a dress code?
Cocktail attire is recommended for everyone attending this magical night! Guests in casual or torn jeans, shorts, t-shirts, tennis shoes, flip-flops, or ball caps may not be admitted.
Is there an age limit?
The Magic Parlour is a grown-up night out. There is nothing unsuitable for children in the show. However, it is designed for an adult audience. The show is open to guests age 12 and up. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by adults and will be seated with their chaperones.
Are food and drinks included?
Beer, wine and soft drink selections are included with your admission. Food is not permitted in the show room.
We are pleased to offer a special MAGIC MENU through Lockwood Restaurant inside of the Palmer House for guests who wish to dine before or after the performance.
Can you accommodate my accessibility needs?
Absolutely! The Palmer House is fully accessible, and all floors may be accessed by elevator, located on the south end of the hotel.
If you or someone in your party uses a wheelchair, or would like additional time to get to your seats, please let us know and we will make arrangements.
While we do not offer assisted listening devices, all seats are within 20 feet of the performance.
